On May 23, Yu Anbo, President of Sungrow E-Power, attended the 9th Frontier Technology Forum on Electrified Transportation and delivered a keynote speech on the in-depth integration of automotive powertrain domains, single-stage OBC, and related technological research and achievements. This forum, organized by the Transportation Electrification Committee of the China Power Supply Society and hosted by institutions including Yanshan University and Tsinghua University, is the first interdisciplinary, cross-sector, and open industry forum in China dedicated to the field of electrified transportation.

As the new energy vehicle industry rapidly transitions toward 800V high-voltage platforms and centralized electronic and electrical architectures, Sungrow E-Power continues to deepen its technological innovations in motor control and on-board charging and power distribution. In the field of power semiconductors, Sungrow E-Power has innovatively developed PCB-embedded power device technology, effectively reducing parasitic inductance and switching losses while optimizing efficiency, lifespan, and cost, thereby advancing power electronics toward higher integration levels. Additionally, the single-stage topology on-board charger developed by the company features a streamlined architecture design. Combined with advanced control algorithms and efficient thermal management, it reduces overall weight by over 25% and increases power density by 65%, enabling easier integration with vehicle electrical systems.
