Recently, Sungrow E-Power Laboratory formally passed the review by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and was awarded an accreditation certificate. This signifies that the laboratory's management system and testing technical capabilities have received authoritative recognition, and its test results are internationally mutually recognized.

Sungrow E-Power Laboratory is equipped with over 400 sets of high-performance test equipment, capable of conducting comprehensive tests on the electrical performance, appearance structure, environmental adaptability, safety regulations, etc., of electric drives, power systems, and related automotive electronic products for new energy vehicles. Its testing verification and quality assurance capabilities are industry-leading.

Enhancing Efficiency and Quality: Building an Automated Testing System

The laboratory continuously promotes the upgrading of its testing capabilities. It has developed multiple automated testing systems covering core scenarios such as board-level, complete machine function, performance, and durability. These systems support unattended 24-hour testing, significantly improving testing efficiency.

Facing Extremes: Comprehensive Dynamic Testing Under All Operating Conditions

The laboratory is equipped with multiple high-speed dynamometer test benches that support load testing of electric drive systems with a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm and a maximum power of 400 kW. The tested objects include single motors, three-in-one electric drive assemblies, and hybrid transmission assemblies. The measurement and control system is compatible with automated testing under standard conditions such as WLTC and CLTC, supports the import and editing of self-collected road spectra, and can meet the extreme testing requirements for high-performance electric drive systems.

EMC Assurance: Safeguarding Product Quality

The company has established EMC anechoic chambers and shielded rooms with rapid testing and rectification capabilities, providing strong assurance for products to meet high-level EMC requirements.
