  • Account Manager


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Collect industry information for leads to explore new markets, develop new customers, understand customer needs, and get sales contracts.

  • DQE-Design Quality Engineer


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Collect, summarize, and press forward the closure of product quality problems that occur in the factory during the project phase.

    2. Collect and control the quality of project deliverables (DFMEA, CP, SOP, APQP, PPAP, etc.).

    3. Establish and organize reviews of project quality valves.

    4. Popularize and apply quality tools and methods within the project team.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or power electronics-related majors, with over 5 years of research and development or quality management experience.

    2. Familiar with the requirements of the IATF16949 quality management system, proficient in process auditing skills and methods.

  • Process Engineer


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for new product introduction, participate in new product digital model review, lead production plan planning, process validation and tooling, product line equipment introduction, trial production and SOP + 3 production.

    2. Responsible for the process, testing, equipment, trial production departments, coordinate resources, push new product trial production and manufacturability issues to close.

    3. Responsible for the preparation and summary of new product introduction phase deliverables, such as manufacturing issues summary, process flow chart, PFMEA, SOP/WI, error checklist, Process Verification Records.

    4. Responsible for DOE verification of process parameters.

    5. Responsible for mass production of the initial beat balance and optimization.

     


    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in power electronics, industrial engineering, machinery, materials, etc, inverter working experience is preferred.

    2. Familiar with new product development process and five major quality tools.

    3. Familiar with tightening, welding, airtight, dispensing and other processes. 

    4. Auto parts manufacturers and machine manufacturers have working experience is preferred.

  • Software Engineer (Charger-converter)

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the software design of new energy vehicle power products, including onboard chargers, DCDC, etc.  

    2. Responsible for the development and self-testing of application layer functional software for charger-converter products, such as state machines, communication modules, diagnostic modules, vehicle interaction algorithms, etc. 

    3. Responsible for writing relevant software documents for vehicle charger-converter products, such as software requirement specifications, detailed software design specifications, software module test use cases, integration test cases and reports, etc.  

    4. Participate in the development of application layer performance software for vehicle charger-converter products, such as DCDC control loop, rectifier control loop, PWM modulation, synchronous rectification, derating strategies, protection strategies, etc.  

    5. Assist Functional Safety Engineer in designing software functional safety solutions, and developing DFMEA, DFA and other related documents.  

    6. Participate in the overall functional and performance testing of vehicle charger-converter products, EMC testing, software and hardware integration testing, back-to-back testing, etc.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Graduated from relevant majors such as Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Microelectronics, etc., with a master's degree or above.  

    2. Over three years of work experience, with development experience in vehicle charger-converter products, and have fully participated in at least one software development project for vehicle charger-converter products.  

    3. Familiar with C language handwritten or model-based (MBD) programming development methods, familiar with ASPICE or CMMI software development processes, able to complete software development and testing according to the V-shaped development model and develop documents.  

    4. Self-motivated, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, leads team members to complete tasks.

  • Hardware Engineer (Vehicle Charger-converter)

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the hardware development of OBC and DCDC for vehicles.  

    2. Responsible for component selection, hardware circuit design, and submission of design reports.  

    3. Responsible for hardware circuit testing and formulating testing plans and use cases.  

    4. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the hardware BOM and analyzing and solving key issues in product bulk production.  

    5. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating failures of after-sales/customer-side products and proposing optimization solutions.  

    6. Responsible for evaluating and implementing new customer requirements during product batch production.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical/electronic-related majors.  

    2. Over 2 years of relevant work experience, passionate and communicative.  

    3. Highly responsible, proactive, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, cross-departmental coordination ability, good writing and expression skills. 

    4. Familiar with the use of various electronic components, schematic/PCB design tools, and circuit simulation software.

    5. Familiar with the working principles of switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) topologies such as boost, LLC, and phase shift full-bridge.  

    6. A power-development-related experience is preferred.

  • Software Engineer (Inverter)

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the development, coding, and testing of electric vehicle inverter algorithms and vehicle control strategy software.  

    2. Responsible for using the following to improve the performance of the inverter, including bench testing, vehicle calibration, and productized work.  

    3. Responsible for on-site technical docking of vehicle applications, vehicle calibration and internal testing, and software-related design or application during production.  

    4. Periodically collate and archive relevant documents for the software and project development. 

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree or above in Power Electronics, Control Theory, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related majors.  

    2. Candidates preferred should have more than 2 years of experience in developing electric vehicle inverters, frequency converters, and servo software.  

    3. Proficient in vector control, weak magnetic control, SVPWM, and other related motor control.  

    4. Ability to simulate and analyze motor control algorithms using MatLab/Simulink environment.  

    5. Proficient in C language, familiar with TI C2000 series or other MCU development and use experience.  

    6. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and highly responsible.
